I keep seeing posts here and elsewhere stating that they would
like to see a projectile similar to the Polymer tipped .17 HMR
loaded in the .22 Mag. And then see how the .17 HMR stacks up to the
.22 mag.
There is a Pointed Polymer (Green) Tipped 22 Mag.
Remington produces it!
It fires a 33 Gr V-Max bullet at 2000 fps Muzzle.
It is called the "Premier" .
The Trajectory is not as flat, But the end result on a target.
is Formidable.
This Bullet will pulverize Garbage can raiders such as Opossums.
