I'd say it would be better to make a more attractive package for volunteers before we start drafting. I'm glad to see that National Guard troops are actually being used finally instead of just training and costing money but never being used. I tried to show some restraint when I heard a coworker complain that he joined the guard for them to help pay for his college, not to go to a combat zone. :eek:
