Just wanted to let you know that this site keeps getting better and better. Well, I know it's slow right now, but there is more going on here than any other site. I visited other sites with HR/NEF forums and when a question is asked they tell the person that they need to come to this site to get their answer. That's pretty impressive if you ask me. :eek: Maybe, the HR/NEF site(forum) closing down was a good thing. The cream of the crop is definitely here. :-D If I had a long enough arm I would give you quite a few pats on the back..
