Mec Grabber going "Bang"

I have a Mec Grabber Model 761R / 12G which periodically ignites some powder or powder dust around the powder die.  It has happened about four times in the last 2000 shells.  So far it hasn't done any damage, but it scares the hell out of me.  Anyone know what might be causing this?

Best guess would be static electricty, put a ground wire on the press and try to keep the powder dust cleaned up.
