'98 ejector spring replacement
« on: May 31, 2004, 08:24:19 AM »
:D  If anyone can provide instructions on how to replace the spring on a ejector box, I would be thankful. I know that complete boxes are available, but I have several that have broken springs and would like to repair these. Thanks.

If you look at the rear of the ejector box you will see that it is two parts.    Clamp the ejector box in a padded vice and using a brass punch you can drive out the spring portion.    When putting it back togther you will have to press the rear of the spring out, away from the housing to get it fully seated.
