Cougar Print??

Hey everyone i was curious if you guys could help me out i found a paw print behind a friends house that was about four inches long by three inches wide so basically the palm of my hand i am positive it is a cat paw print and it had a light ring around it like fur got pressed down is this a cougar?

Go to pg three of this forum , near the bottom there is a post I made 1.5 coils or #2 long springs...there are PICs of pad tracks of a adult Tom that weighed 150 lbs when killed.  The Altoids can in the PIC is 3.75 inches wide.
