I would like to buy a Model 92 clone in .44 mag, with a round barrel.  Who imports the rossi's into america?  do they have a website?  do any other companies make decent 92's in .44?  do they have websites?  any information or links any of you might have would be greatly appreciated.

EMF Hartford 1892 - http://www.emf-company.com/1892-winchester-rifle-carbine.htm.

Get a slicked up EMF from Nate Kiowa Jones - top '92 gunsmith - http://stevesgunz.com/SalesSG.htm

Legendary Guns has some of the Davidson run of Winchester/Miroku 1892 rifles; top quality guns and more expensive - http://www.legendaryguns.com/Win92LTD.htm

Howdy,

Check on those Win/Browning guns.  They are excellent!
If you are not looking at a stable of CAS guns but just want one, that is the way I would go.

Did some checking fer another pard recently and found out that the .44 chambering is not currently available through any of the normal channels. Nate ain't able to get his hands on any and Hartford doesn't have any in stock at this time. (about a month ago) You might want to check on some of the used gun boards, they pop up for sale there once in a while.

dukkillr,

Go to www.legacysports.com and click on "Products Catalogue" - under "Puma M92" you will find your .44 Magnum caliber rifle.

Catalogue price shows from $430 - $581, but I was able to buy one thru the local dealer for around $390.00 (have them order it for you if at all possible).

I got the 24" Blued, Octogon barrel and am pleased with it as my back-up CAS rifle........(Marlin '94 being #1, of course)!
