For those who don't know, Randy is on a spring Bear hunt
in Canada.

I think you all are a little high.  A 400lb pound bear during the spring hunt is a good bit above average.  A 300lb spring bear is a really good one with 200lbs being about average.

I'll go with 290lbs.

We just filmed a bow kill in canada of a 400+ over 6 foot  black bear for the t.v show i pro staff for! on the outdoor channel several  bears were take over 250 lbs in saskatchewan(sp)  

my bet will be 325
