I'd like to hear what you all have to say about the sig 245. I'm looking for something compact, flat with some punch. I usually carry a SW 640, Kimber pro carry or a Walther PPK/S but I would like to ad a DA in 45 acp. How does this gun compare to the other smaller 45 acps. Tell me the bad along with the good.

Be Safe,
Scott

I'm also very interested in the P245, and would like to hear any input on it as well.  Thanks in advance.

Either a SIG 245 or a S&W 4513 would be a good choice.

Help me out here. Is the Sig 245 smalller than the ProCarry? I find the ProCarry pretty easy to conceal in a good holster.

Sig 245:

OAL: 7.1"
OAH: 5.0"
OAW: 1.4"
Weight w/o Mag: 27.5oz

Kimber didn't spec the PC out on their website. When I'm able I'll measure mine and reply back here.

Take Care,
Scott

I think the SIG's grip is short ... more like an Officers or Kimber Compact ... and a little fatter in the hand than the other 1911 types.
