Prices on the Ultra Varmit

I checked around and got a few prices from different sources. Wally world had the best price. Wally World had the Ultra Varmint for 230 bucks. However, I ordered from a dealer in the area I work. The shop I ordered it from gave me a price of 249. I went for his price because he has a nice place to browse, seems very knowledgeable, very proffesional, very efficient with the paperwork and understands that his time as well as mine is valuable.

good luck i got a handi-rifle for 259$$ with a syn stock. and you got a ultra varmint for 249$$ with a laminated stock :eek:  :eek:  :eek: the cheapest i found the ultra was 333$$. you lucky varminter :evil:  :evil:

Ultra Varmint .223 w/laminate stock for $239 at my local dealer in January.

Buckslayer, don't know where you're at but Sportsman's Warehouse's regular price on the Ultra is $240 and the handi is $220 or less depending on caliber.

I comend you sir for buying your rifle from your local gun dealer. I am afraid they are becoming a dying breed just like the small mom and pop gas and grocery stores. I don't belittle anyone for wanting to save some money but if a small dealer can get close to ballpark I will buy from them everytime. My 2 cents. :D  :D  :D

I agree.  When they are close (within $20 or so for a Handi) I buy from a dealer.

I got my 223 Ultra for $250 from a dealer and I feel I got a good deal.  Plus I help keep them in business.
