Laws on Mailing Barrel and Ammo?

Sold a barrel plus ammo, now I need to mail it from Indiana to Georgia.

What laws, if any do I need to worry about?

Use FedEx, or UPS, or USPS?

barrel dont matter all shells must go GROUND from fedx or ups
