Marvel 22 conversion
« on: June 27, 2004, 12:48:16 PM »
Made it to the range today and tried out the Marvel 22 conversion. The factory target showed .729” 50 yard groups. The best I can tell it shoots better than this. I’m real satisfied with the Marvel. After only one test drive I think we got a winner here. Does anyone else have one of these? What do you think about yours?

Be Safe,
Scott

I would have to agree with scott on the performance of the Marvel 22 conversion.  If you like the feel of a 1911 and the price/performance of a 22, then you will love it too.  Yes, there are cheaper models available, but I think it would cost you more in performance.  All the models work great for sunday afternoon plinking, but if you want if you want the option of taking small game at 50yds with your 1911 the Marvel would make a nice tool for the job.  I know mine shoots way better than I can.  My friend and I enjoy making shotgun shells dance at 50 yards!!!

Good shootin'
