modifying barrels ithaca/skb 500, 20ga.

Need advice on modifying a newly-acquired (used) set of o/u barrels to fit my Ithaca model 500 action - the "new" set is apparently slightly long so, the action won't close completely...
What will it cost for a gunsmith to do this job?
Can you recommend a gunsmith to do this work?

Wortner Gun Works in Chatham, Ontario (about 45 minutes from Detroit)
did a great job of "final fitting" these o/u barrels for a reasonable cost considering 4 bearing surfaces and twin extractors. You can contact George at (519)352-0924
