Confused Bass.
« on: July 05, 2004, 03:58:49 PM »
Has anyone ever seen or heard of this before? I was fishing a small pond and watched a large white amur and a medium sized largemouth bass (3lbs.) spawning togather. The amur just sort of stayed in one place while the bass would rub its sides and bottom. They did this for about 20 minutes. This is a small man made pond and was stocked about 5 years ago. It has a healthy population of bass, bluegill and catfish. There are only 2 white amurs (grass carp)? Anyone ever heard of this? Worm
