Marlin secret service special
« on: July 07, 2004, 05:09:55 PM »
I have a 32cal Marlin 5 shot revolver that was my dad's.
I can not find any model # but, on the sideof the barrel it says:
"secret service special".
To load/unload, it breaks in the middle (I think they call it a breach).
I did find a number I suppose is a serial number: 209634

Does anyone know about this gun, model #, years of manufacture, value?

Thank you 8)

Hi.

Are you sure that it is a Marlin?  That looks alot like an older H&R revolver.  I looked in some of my books, but I couldn't find that particular model.  Down the listings a ways is a Marlin/H&R handgun topic section.  Try there, and let us know.

Luck
