could i get a little feed back on how far you guys are zeroing you're .17s at ?
i kill squills  at anywhwere from 5 to 50 yards, crows from 50 to 175+
fox from 20 to 100 yards, coyote at around 50 to 100 yards, and whatever falls in my legal bag of critters at the present time.
before i had a problem with some crazy poi's because i have about 1 5/8 inches from bore to center of scope. i had a scope with no target turrets and i was looking for a good zero so i had not much more than an inch or so hold over or under ,and i still wasn't happy doing this because my gun really drives tacks!
so now i have a scope with adjustment, if i zero it at 100 i have to add some vert adjustment, and if its under 100 i have to take away... right ?
is there any way i could zero the gun in for 25 yards and just go up from there or will i run out of adjustment too quickly?
