Redding powder measure instructions?
« on: July 12, 2004, 04:54:13 PM »
OK, so a couple of people convinced me the old Redding "bank dial" powder measure was the greatest ever made, and I've found one. Looks to be in very good shape and it's easy enough to figure out how to use, but I'm not sure how to disassemble it. Does anyone have one that could give me some tips? This is the unit that has a large dial similar to a combo lock on the side for the adjustment.

There are no markings other than Redding on the unit, does anyone know what the model number is so I can write Redding for info?

Thanks, Thirties, I will call Redding. I was hoping to get at least the model number before I called. This measure is probably over 25 years old and large and heavy! It is extremely smooth and seems to work like new.
