Scope questions for a .243 Handi
« on: July 19, 2004, 07:09:59 AM »
My new .243 handi should be here this week and I am looking for a new scope for it.  It will be used primarily for deer and groundhogs.  Am looking at a BSA catseye 3-10x44 and a simmons ATV 4.5-14x40.  I also saw a mil dot tasco 2.5-10x42 that was a good price.  As you can see from the scopes mentioned I am not looking to spend several hundred for a scope.  I have used many budget priced scopes and have only had trouble with a select few of them.  Any opinions on these scopes or any other recommendations would be appreciated.    Thanks,   Andrew
