Good Morning Ladobe,
I'd really like to get a listen to the wildlife technologies sounds. I hear their all the rage right now. I tried to get them on CD but they said they don't provide them on that format. That was one of the reasons I started the thread on sharing sound files over on PM. I can appreciate the whole copyright/license controversy but it's kind of like Garth Brooks putting out a CD and saying that it's the best he's ever done and by the way if you want to listen to it you have to spend a thousand dollars on my special player. Well of course every one in the world will be trying to find a way to get around it. When apple went proprietary with the mac they had the same problem. It was a much better system than IBM/Microsoft but IBM was an open platform which fostered growth from independants and everyone prospered. It just seems to me that you'd want to market your product to as wide a consumer base as possible and I know I'm going on about this but maybe someone will see this and realize that by trying to push the harware their losing money on the software which is actually what their customers want. Consider this for a moment. If I had a large sound library of digitally recorded predator calling sounds that people were clamoring over and I charged let's say $5.00 per sound file on a website to download them. And then I advertised them on a few hunting forums like this. I think I'd be retired in a few years and sipping margaritas on the bow of my yacht. I'm going to quit rambling now and get down off my soap box. Y'all have a good day.
