Versa-Pack
« on: July 22, 2004, 11:53:23 AM »
Hey, how does the 22/410 Versa-Pack fire both the rimfire and shotgun centerfire primers?  Am I confused about this?  I am imagining a rimfire striker that grazes the shotgun primer, but works.  I know one of the TC guns is set up to fire both rim and centerfire, but I beleive it's striker physically moves location.  I doubt NEF will fit additional barells to the versa-pack, am I wrong?  If NEF did have a good dual system and used the SB2 receiver, this would be a good selling point to add all rimfire and centerfire barells.

i suppose the 410 would be a centerfire as usual and the .22 chamber would be a little off center so the firing pin would hit it on the edge.
I have it on good authority that the telepromter is writing a stern letter.

mjbgalt is correct. I just bought this combo for my dad. Can't wait to give it to him. I might have to test fire it a few times.Neat little combo.
