just got in from Hunting, i have hunted hard since friday and finally paid off. I have hunted from sun up to sun down and from sundown til sun up with no luck other than finding fresh sign i have battled thorns the heat and mosqitoes. i went and re baited an area I put a stand scattered the corn on the ground i had hunted about 4 hrs when i looked through my scope on my remintgon 7400 308 using 150 gr power points when i noticed something darting across the clearing my heart was really pounding as it was way to pig to be a coon so i hit the switch on my optronics nightblaster and seen 4 decent size pigs come to my baited area i was shaking very badly for somereason so i put the rifle down and cleared my senses when i picked the gun back up and looked through the scope i counted 12 pigs i could not believe it so i put the crosshairs on a medium sized one and hit her right behind the ear she dropped in her tracks i gave her a few minutes to ensure she was dead, in the process i was losing things out of my pockets and knocking my light off my gun when i got up to her shew as a real pretty sow about 125 pounds as i started walking the half mile towards the truck i heard a grunt i hit the switch on my night blaster and a huge sow and 4 piglets came across the road i had the red lens off so she stared right at me man i lost control of my legs i put it on her shoulder and dropped her i will get her in the morning i need help getting her out of the woods. All in all i have seen lots of sign spent some time with my 60 yr old hunting friend and showed him around and now i have some bacon
