28 gauge has arrived

i was driving up to camp today around 11:30. right before i hit the woods, a gaggle (?) of grouse crossed the road. 7 total, ruffed grouse. they were fast, my dog barked his fool head off, but they were under cover before i could stop the car or even think. the clock ticks, the season is not that far off !!!!!!

regardless, the 28 gauge barrel/SB1 receiver arrived today at the house, the little lady called me and asked if i ordered another gun. "of course not", "must have been a gun i sent back for repairs !!!"

can't wait for bird season !

Enjoy the 28.  I may have to get me one of those some day.

I know what you mean about hunting getting close.  I took my son camping last night and around sunset a flock of about 100 Canada's flew over us.  I can't wait!!!!!
