LeftoverDJ can make some fine bullets

This is a load I worked up from DJ's cast .311 diameter bullets.


  That three shot group is under .317 inches at 100yds.

If I can find my camera, I'll try to post a pic of the last group I shot with bullets cast from DJ's 459-405HB mould.

It stacked three in the same hole, then the last two were stacked a half inch away :eek:

This is with a 45-70.

I'll be ordering a mould to match his shortly.

Looks like a great shooting mold and a dandy all around bullet.

Is this a GC type?  Where does one obtain the mold?

Cruise, The bullet I tried out is not a gas check bullet.  But it looks like the one that Deadeye tried is a gas check.
