Never been this late in the year working up a hunting load

I'm working up a load for the 44-40 in my 1892 Winchester shooting 200 gr cast bullets. Getting frustrated.
What I'm looking for is something that doesn't lead, is reasonably clean, and shoots accurately at 1600fps or above.
Doesn't sound hard does it? Easy with jacketted loads!
2400 good velocity, (had it up to 2100) leads like a .......  Very dirty and inconsistent when I get back down to 1700.
H110 extremely dirty, and inconsistent with lead bullets, velocities from 900 to 1400fps with the same load
H4227 Even worse than H110
Bullseye Much cleaner than the above, but, low velocity at max.
Universal, promising, but, to get the velocity requires venturing into that never never land beyond max.
