? ABOUT A SIMMONS SCOPE
« on: August 04, 2004, 05:05:03 AM »
I just aquired a rifle that has a Simmons 3-9x50 boresighter scope on it. Can anyone explain how it is supposed to work. It has a extra knob on the left side of the scope and when you turn it a thick pointed post comes up in the recticle. I read somewere that it lets you sight in your rifle using only 1 shot, but did not specificly explain how.

BBF, there's an explanantion on this page, but I still wonder how it works! It doesn't seem to be offered on their current line, so maybe it doesn't!!
