I came across a blue carbine with a green cammo laminated stock for $150 in perfect condition. i have been looking for a laminated stock for some time for a factory barrel. What do you guys think about the price? An aftermarket stock will run me $100 from Richard's so I just figured the serial number will now match the laminated stock in how it came from the factory.

Buy it!  If all you really have been wanting is a stock of that type, You can more than likely sell off the action and bbl for $100 or so.

Actually, under closer obversation I realized that it is a midnight laminate and not green. I researched the serial number due to the barrel being pre-warning and it is a 1975 but wears a laminate stock. My personal one is a little newer than this and I paid $100  I have another made in the 80's that I paid $125 but it is a deluxe with no barrel band and checkering. I was never a fan of 22 semiautos but the 10/22 just floats my boat. I admit that $150 is a little high but I may come across a walnut stock to make it original and wind up with my laminate stock for the next carbine I find.
