chilli is easy:
Step 1: buy 99 cent packet of chili seasoning
step 2: dump all the ingrediants in including personal tastes
step 3: go to work
step 4: come home, and eat

Roast is just as easy
Mix up roast seasoning packet (gotten at grocery store), pour over roast in crock pot. Cut up carrots, celery, onion and turn crock pot on low.
When you get home, eat.

The nice thing about cooking in the crockpot is that you can't really overcook the meat.It just gets more tender with time and it's always juicy.

funny ya'll should mention the crockpot! I have mine going RIGHT NOW.
Half a bottle of BBQ sauce, half a bottle of water, and some leftover smoked deer neck from last weekend.
GONNA MAKE AN AWESOME "SAMICH" TOMORROW!
