Guage inserts? Will they work?

I have seen advertised shotgun inserts that allow you to shoot a smaller guage shell in a larger shotgun. Do these work with NEF's? Will the insert "eject" out with the shell?

Anyone here have any exerience with them?

There may be different brands, but I checked on a brand called Little Skeeters. They have a question link on their site. You may want to ask the manufacturer.

Yes!  It ejects!  I place my hand over the breach as I open it to catch the insert and spent shell.
