Questions about my first DW

.357, 4", blue, DW on wood grip.  Fixed rear site, serial # 3104XX, Monson. Finish shows some age, but mechanically is very tight, shoots great.  Any way to find out more about it ?  Is it a model 14 ?  Any info appreciated....
