Any of you guys use a bore sighter?

I'm thinking that the chamber laser type are the better kind but what to get some feedback before I go droppin' the doe so to speak

I use the Alpec one and have had excellent results with it......there are a lot of knock offs out there, too.

Wow Alpec's cost $$$

Anything under 100 bucks is more my range, heck under 50 is even better.

I've used a Bushnell optical boresighter for many years with perfect satisfaction. The adjustable arbors provide a perfect fit in any bore and as long as the crown is in reasonably good condition it'll work just fine... I've not used the lasers but don't see why they would not work.. I wonder how they overcome the tolerances in different rifle. If there is less than a perfect fit the spot will change positions, not a good thing.. Still I've no real time experience so can't really comment. the optical onew ones work great..

Same as gunnut69. Bushnell optical. $60, works great.
