Bear Baiting is a growing issue in many places, and to add a little to the pot, I'll offer this hint for those who might find it interesting. I enjoy reading OLD books and articles from the 1800s. In one such book
"Wild Beasts And Their Ways....." Chapter 10 - by Sir Samuel White Baker (Born 1821 ~Died 1893) he describes a hunting expedition in the American Rockies with some commercial skin hunters. Their favorite method to bait GRIZZ, was to shoot a deer and leave it overnight. Next day, they sneak back in to the spot where the deer was left and see if there's a GRIZZ layin' on top or nearby...
