Robin Hood, Alias Howie,
Well, It looks like you have been having a ball chasing pigs through the brush, Congratulations on your kill, You know its a lot harder to hit a little bitty pig than hitting a great big one. Are you still enthused with your bow hunting, Or are you ready for a 45-70. LOL. I picked up another Marlin GS
in 45-70 at the gun show in Reserve NM the week end of the 7th&8th, In fact i picked up a bunch of goodies, Did manage to sell some stuff, So i guess i came out pretty good. LIKE I REALLY NEEDED ANOTHER 45-70.
Well pard. Take care of your self and stay safe...........Joe..........[/u][/b]

yes  it  is  pretty  difficult  to hit  a  pig  with  a  bow  i  thought  it  was  my  shooting   but  it  was  more  a  problem  with judging yardege  i  came  home  and  was shooting  great   this  is  an awesome  place  and  as  oon as  i  come  up  with  the  money  i  will  be  going again  i  think  i  am putting  down  the  guns  for  awhile  the  adrenalin  i  had flowing  was incredible  especially  being left  handed  and   some  huge  hogs  walked  out  to  the  left  of  me  10  yards  away  and  i  could  not  even  get  a  shot  that  was  hair  rasising   then  seeing  those  pigs  come  6  yards  away  was incredible    going  back  loking  at  my  misses  i  did  all  the  no nos  of  archery  i  plucked  the  string  i  was  looking  at  the  arrow  fly  instead of  following through plus  hunting  out  of  a stand  was  tough  as   the  angles were misleading  i  had  great  success still hunting  and  got  me  and  my  friend  real  close  to  hogs  it  was  the  best  experience  i  have  ever  had  except  for  hunting  with  my  girls  and  seeing  them  take  game
