do ya think they will offer it in the 204 ruger? or should I stick with the 17 rem?  I have the VSSF in 22-250 and its a real shooter, but a heavy rifle when calling coyotes.

I think they will if the other .204 Ruger models sell well, I know they make a 700 VLS in .204 and it sure is nice...so maybe...

There is nothing wrong with the .17 Remington at all but there is also nothing wrong with buying a new rifle either

The .204 is a great compromise between the .17 and the 22-250 but....to be truthful I can't answer your question....if I had neither I would get the .204 but if you have both???? If you got the money and love the small bores go for it.  :agree:
