I would like to try fishing for off shore sharks in New England, preferably northern Mass and/or Maine. I'd like to go after Mako and Porbeagle sharks. I would just like some advice on where the best areas for fishing these sharks are and when would be optimum times for these species. I know that they likely will not coincide, so I would like to take one trip to target the Porbeagle and another to target Mako, not necessarily in the same location. Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.
