Leupold Wind River pinnacles 10 X 42

I have just purchased a pair of Leupold Wind River Pinnacles 10 X 42.  Interested thing they run for $509 in Cabelas and Bass pro.  But I found them brand new in the box, 2004 models for 384$ online.  So I bought a pair, but have not received them yet.......question:

anyone used these optics?
what do you think of them?
what did you not like about them?
what did you pay for them?

why is Cabelas so over priced, I even called and asked them to match the price and they said they couldnt.

I think you found just about the best price anyone can find on them.  I don't think you will be disappointed, they are among the best of the midrange roof prism binoculars.
