Small glitch, I need a little computer help...
« on: August 27, 2004, 05:26:20 AM »
If someone posts a link in the text of a message, when I try to open it, my computer just goes 'beep beep'. I can right-click it and 'save target as' and paste it in the adress bar to get to it...but something is wrong in my settings and I cannot find it. If anyone has seen this little glitch before, I could use some help. Thanks, Robert

Now I'm far far far far far from being a computer expert as Matt will no doubt testify, BUT I think perhaps you have a Pop Up blocker in use and that's what the problem is. That's the reason I refuse to use them. More trouble than they are worth as far as I'm concerned. Now how to shut it off I haven't a clue.

Press control button and hold it down while you click on the link and it should open with no problem. :D
