Does anyone shoot hornady interbond bullets? How do they group? I'am getting away from nosler partition. The bullet is not grouping the way I like but awesome on game. I thought about trophy bonded bear claw.  :lol:

I have had good luck with the Interbonds (3/4"), but have also had very good luck with the Nosler Accubonds as far as accuracy goes.  Have not hunted with them yet . . . although I will be this fall.

I too have found that the Hornady interbonds as well as the Nosler Accubonds shoot very accurately. They shoot with the same loads as the Hornady SSTs or the Nosler BTs in the same weight bullet. I use the less expensive SST or BTs for target practice and the more expensive interbonds or accubonds for hunting.

I've shot 150 gr. Nosler Partitions for 20 years in my 7MM Rem Magnum with great success but when the Hornaday Interbonds came out I decided to give them a try. I loaded some 139 gr. Interbonds in front of a max load of Reloader 22 and they shot very well. My old Rem 700 puts three of them in a 3/4" group at 100 yards. I shot an 8 point WY whitetail last year with it and was very satisfied with bullet performance.   :wink:

Interbonds are worth the price however there are also other good bullets. I found I had to experiment a bit to get an accurate load for my 30:06 - the bullet seems to be more senative than other to velocity and individuals rifles.

They are very accurate in my 300 win mag.  Consistent 3/4" groups.  Tried them on black bear last year-they functioned great.  These are the factory loads.

Have not used the interbonds but have had great luck with the accubonds and sciroccos. both are very accurate and deadly on game.

I don't understand what you mean by shooting in the 3's or shooting in the 5's.  Could you explain, please?

Sure will,I use a dial caliper to measure groups with,so a half inch is .500 and if a group measures from .500 to .599 it would be in the 5s I'm afraid I picked that up reading too many benchrest forums.

MS-  You didn't say what your shootin at but then again it really doesn't matter.  The Interbonds have shot well in my 06' and performance on game is awesome.  I use the 150's for deer sized stuff and the 165's for elk and bear.  The ones I've recovered retained an average of 75% but most just passed through.  Brett
