I'm sitting here listening to and watching what could possibly be one of the greatest political speeches I've ever heard.  Zell Miller is ripping the liberal democrats (Kerry and co.) literally to shreads.  

I'm sure the Democrats will be quick to belittle Zell, but those who are thoughtful will realize that Sen. Miller is right.  I think the sound bite of the speach will be "Kerry wants to be the commander of our armed forces--armed with what--spitballs?"

Yep Zell gave a good speech and too  bad more Democrats were  not like him. Jim

Yeah; Ol' Zell STANDS UP to pi$$; unlike Kerry/Edwards who have to put the seat down & then sit down!

Zell Miller has some excellent points.  Seems like there are more 'former party followers' going over to our side.  One recent article in a local paper provided that there are a significant number of fence riders - economically republican in nature but more socially dumbocrat.  These  people will not vote for kerry, as I understand.  Mikey.

I bet all the Reagan Democrats who heard that wonderful speech have abandoned sKerry like rats from a sinking ship.  I printed off the speech and have also e-mailed it to several fence-sitters I know! :wink:
