bushnell CHIEF IV-M ... good scope?

I'm guessing that this is an older model. Does anyone have any knowledge about it? I'm looking at a used 4x.

I've got 4 scopechiefs, the japan, taiwan and philippine made models are excellent as far as I can tell. 2 are new philippine made, the used ones are japan and taiwan made... love em!
