Leupold Wind River Spotting Scope
« on: September 03, 2004, 04:52:04 AM »
Trying to make a decision on a spotting scope.  Narrowed between the Leupold Wind River 15-45x60, Burris Landmark 15-45x60, and the Weaver Classic 15-40x60.  Any input on any of these scopes would be greatly appreciated.

my problem was when you turned the power up it got very dark and unclear  and could not adjust it to be clear.it was bright and clear at low power like we might expect.i ordered a sightron 6x24 x40 scope at the same time ,so that is what i compared it to .the sightron was very clear i could see bullet holes at 300 .the leupold was a joke.i would suggest you look through one before the purchase..
