I have added some new guns to the stable
« on: September 05, 2004, 09:03:08 PM »
A Webley Nemesis, A 1740 (which I have since customized) and a Hyscore model 815 which is a break barrel springer (its actually a rebadged Diana model 5) in 22 which is a fantistic shooter accurate as hell to. I also recently bought a Hyscore model 800 which I have yet to recieve, still waiting on it.
The Nemesis is a nice brushed chrome and blus SSP Target pistol in 22 caliber(also avaiable in 177) with a velecity of 300 fps but very accurate with a decent trigger very quiet and a nice addition to my pistol collection.
The 1740 I bought at the gun broker auction as its been discontinued for a few years I customized it by adding a fiber optic front sight, a new steel breech, a metal rear sight and a sweet set of RB custom target grips in Bloodwood/Maple Laminate. Much nicer to hold and shoot now and very accurate. It was well worth customizing.
The Hyscore/diana I already mentioned its a nice 22 caliber target gun with a very nice trogger and balances well in my hand. I am currently having a walnut version of its plastic stock made for it. Should make a good gun even better. I know next to nothing about the Hyscore 800 other than its american made and in 177. susposed to be the american webly and very well made. well thats my recent investments in the air pistol collection.
