wgrs peep sight for huntsman.

just bought this reciever peep sight from h&r for 18dollars, does anyone on board have one on there huntsman? if so what did you use for a front sight? i need something for a front sight any ideas men???? thanks bill :D

Was that WGRS $23.00 shipped? I have to get one and I don't think you will beat that price of $18.00. They are much more at Williams Gun Sight. I am not sure if you can get away with using the standard front sight or not. If you have your other sights sighted in already, mount the peep and adjust to line up with the standard sights. If you can get it to line up, you should be all set and it will save you the time of getting it on paper. Do you have the plastic sights or the new aluminum Williams Fire Sights? They may be different heights, not sure.

I used my original front sight, but also used a spacer under the peep sight base.  Used a piece of scrap aluminium about 1/8" thick.  Rounded it with a hammer and a piece of steel pipe, drilled it, trimmed it to fit, then painted it black.  I used the peep sight from the Buffalo Classic.
