Llama .45 clone
« on: September 11, 2004, 05:07:39 PM »
I was in one of my favorite sporting goods emporeum today buying some dove shells for my 20 ga. to salute them (  you know what I mean if you hunt doves). Anyway I looked in the handgun case and saw a Bersa/Llama .45, a near clone of the 1911 with minor differences. Over the years I have built a couple of 1911 clones myself mainly with Ranger frames and Colt parts. The price was almost too good tobe true for a new (NIB) pistol (even used). So have anyone bought/shot one before? Or is it like the saying "if it is too good tobe true...... it is".
