Getting somewhere with the FG

These were two loads I tested, and I have loaded up 10 more each to do 10 shot groups. Hopefully I' have time to test them better this coming week.

IMR 4198 in a 41 Mag!  Where did you find that load, I would like to try some of that myself.

I loaded the IMR 4198 with rifle primers to shoot only in the .41 rifle. I'm going to chrony the loads tonight to see what the speed is. I expect it to be in the 1100-1200 fps range which is slow for jacketed bullets.
This link has alot of data for the .41 magnum. It is cast but it is a place to start.
