anyway to adjust these triggers or replace them?

This I assume is the semi auto rifle that you are refering to.  There are several models but all are semiauto and that makes trigger adjustment difficult.  The pull can be helped and the weight at least slightly lightened but the slambang operation of a blowback auto makes a really light trigger impractical.  Autorifles as a rule have much more creep(slack or takeup) than bolts because they require greater sear engagement to maintain safe operation. A good smith can probably make it smoother and perhaps remove some of the slack and perhaps even some of the overtravel but it'll never be as nice a trigger as aa good bolt action can have.
