Need 45 colt load w/ 300 gr FP laser cast @ 1000-1100 fps

Anybody got a load for a Ruger 45 colt, using a 300 gr cast bullet.  I want to run them around 1000-1100 fps.  I'd prefer a load using either 2400 or WW296.  I have higher velocity loads, but want to crank them back a bit.

 2400    17.0gr (1013fps/24,400cup)   to  19.0gr (1172fps/29,400cup)
 HS-6    12.5gr (994fps/25,000cup)     to  13.5gr (1043fps/29,800cup)

I like 21 grains of 4227 in that range. its a very accurate load with the right bullet in my guns.
