Just thought I'd say hello since I'm new to the site. Figured I'd post here since I am a smokepole junkie. I've been shooting black powder firearms since I was 12, I'm 32 now.......so I have about 20 years experience. I do French and Indian War reenactments, trekking, and build powderhorns in my spare time. I'm also an avid hunter. Mostly I shoot flintlocks, although I do own several cap and ball pistols. Great site, hope to learn a few tips!

Well Ridge,
Let me be the first to welcome you to the site. So the French and Indians had a war a while back? I musta missed that one. They didn't teach it in the 5th grade, I know cause I made it that far before I got drafted.
(Bet the Indians won!)
