I sometimes wonder if they are too late, too many Assachusetts residents moving in on Vermont and NH these days.
There is another possible site in Liberty County, Florida. You could gain control of a Congressional seat there, which would give us two  Libertarian votes in Congress. Ron Paul must be feeling pretty lonely in DC these days.

I'd like it to be in a state that recognizes the 2nd Amendment as far as the federal criminals will allow, but that would restrict it to Alaska and Vermont, which no Free State group has any plans for AFAIK.

Ron Paul is a (R).
They may talk of a "New Order" in the  world, but what they have in mind is only a revival of the oldest and worst tyranny.   No liberty, no religion, no hope.   It is an unholy alliance of power and pelf to dominate and to enslave the human race.

Ron Paul is a Republican In Name Only. He once ran for President on the Libertarian ticket, and routinely gives speeches on the House floor attacking whatever mischief the R's and D's are up to at the time. You can read some of his speeches and other writings here:
