:idea:  My wife and I have been praying for a long time for this opportunity. We both feel affirmed in our direction, but there are many details left to do. We are in the process of buying land and putting a home on the property. The project is becomeing big and overwhelming, and we just want God to make the path clear. We know he has it all wrapped up, it is just a matter of keeping our human stupidity out of the process.  Please pray that the final financing is finalized, contractors are on time, and it all falls into budget, and the appraisal comes back in abundance. Ed,

Lived in the Portalnd area, Gresham to be exact, for 4 years.  My wife and I dearly enjoyed living there.  Went to seminary at Western while we were there.

Where are you headed with this new homestead?  Toward the Sisters area, Bend?

I'll be praying that God's hand on the situation will be evident to you and the Mrs. and that the details fall together well.  Bet you're beaming watching the Lord bring together the culmination of a dream.

Singlefan,  :D My parents still live in Gresham and I lived there for awhile. My wife and I live in Newberg, and we are looking at putting the package together in Cathlamet, Washington. Cathalamet is right across the river from Westport, OR. Westport is 9 miles east of Clatskanie. The land is located on Puget Island. The first miracle, was that God found us almost six acres of pasture land with a brand new spetic on it and a water meter for 34,000. So now we just have to watch him pu the rest together. Thanks for all your prayers.
