black powder varmint rifle

Has anyone out there tried your 45 cal inline with the sabot using a
357 bullet?  It would seem to me that a 357 with a hollow point bullet
would make a pretty decent varmint rifle, that is, if the accuracy was
there.  It should also make a pretty cheap plinking rifle with 357 cast
bullets.

If you have tried this what loads have you used and how was your
accuracy?

Just curious.

Precision Rifle makes a .357 bullet with a high BC.  It shot well out of my old ML and I took several deer with it.  4" hi at 100, on at 200, 17" lo at 300.  However it won't shoot out of my Omega.
